INBODIED Healing Retreats

As leaders, clinicians, caretakers, and healers we have held space for our clients, our colleagues, our children, spouses, and other loved ones through wave after wave of intense social upheaval, played out on the backdrop of a global pandemic that shattered the bedrock on which we stood. It is no wonder that we are feeling burnt out.  We need to reset. It’s time to turn our compassionate and courageous curiosity inward. We can’t heal others if need healing ourselves.

Spend 5-Transformative Days in the breathtaking natural landscape of the Pacific NW, reconnecting with yourSELF and with an intimate group of others who are ready to dive deep and do transformative work with their internal system.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Internal Family Systems Therapy through exploration of your own parts that show up in response to stress and the high levels of need we have experienced as healers. We will hold space for grieving rituals and unburdening our Parts that are depleted from leading + caregiving through this global crisis by spending our days in community, with ample time and opportunities for quiet contemplation and solitude. We will engage in experiential learning about various self-care modalities that nourish our mind, body, and spirit such as; yoga, mindfulness, meditations, dance, ritual, narrative + expressive arts techniques as well as various types of ecotherapy with the goal of participants leaving this experience with an actionable, values driven, plan for returning to life INBODIED and ready to Live INPOWERED.
